		<description>Hi Rebecca!!  Hey, you posted this a while back, and we made it then and found it delicious!  So guess what- I just re-invented it with leftover turkey meat instead of the chicken!  It is a p-e-r-f-e-c-t recipe for both its ease AND for leaving the hum-drum of turkey sandwiches or turkey soup leftovers!   Cooking with My Kid saves the day once again!  </description>
