		<description>these appear to be very similar to what are known as yorkshire puddings in the uk. i like your idea of putting cheese and dill in them to make something other than a side for a roast dinner. </description>

		<description>I had no idea popovers were so easy to make! Can&#039;t wait to try these and a few other recipes soon with my picky 4 yr old.  Maybe I&#039;ll try serving these with some strawberry butter like the popovers they serve at Nieman Marcus&#039;s Zodiac Room. </description>
